Marketing Concierge – The Skin Cancer Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, led by world-renowned dermatologist Dr. Brett Coldiron, boasts a team of board-certified experts who specialize in the treatment of skin cancer using Mohs Surgery and have cured over 50,000. Dr. Coldiron entrusted the BIG team with restaging the brand and telling the world about this amazing practice. We developed a new brand proposition and identity, assembled an innovative go-to-market strategy and re-launched the brand with exciting new brand assets and ongoing marketing concierge relations, including a new website, social outreach channels, digital bulletins and newsletters, patient booklets/forms, thought leader videos, outdoor advertising, and an aggressive PR effort in partnership with a few select local TV and radio media partners.
Marketing Concierge – Ascensia Diabetes Care is a company dedicated to improving the health and lives of people with diabetes. With 10+ years of experience in the diabetes segment, BIG is functioning as a strategic marketing partner to the Ascensia Diabetes Care marketing team. The two initial focus areas include the strategic planning for a new product launch and the development of the U.S. professional digital strategy and website.
Marketing Concierge – The Twice Daily Convenience Store chain, headquartered in Nashville, is enjoying tremendous growth with more new stores opening every month. Twice Daily hired the BIG team to design and execute a turnkey grand opening plan targeting the local neighborhoods around these new stores. Big Idea Group developed a comprehensive direct mail and digital plan (geo-targeting) for each store, complete with new creative and photography.
Marketing Concierge - Enerfab is an industrial manufacturer that has partnered with BIG to develop a completely new identity, marketing and sales proposition. The BIG team worked closely with Enerfab’s leadership team and its key customers to craft a unique message and identity, complete with updated marketing and sales assets that have helped the business continue on its growth trajectory in spite of a very difficult business climate.
Marketing Concierge - Miller-Valentine Group is one of the largest commercial real estate developers in its region. The BIG team was tasked with repositioning its construction management group as part of a corporate effort to grow that particular segment of the business. We took the leadership team through our strategic business and marketing planning process, and created a unique and compelling brand proposition that Miller-Valentine actually adopted across the entire brand – under the umbrella idea of "Experience the Difference."
Marketing Concierge - USH formulates and manufactures pharmaceutical grade, naturally-based high quality healthcare products. Big Idea Group came on board to lead its strategic marketing efforts (identity, brand and selling proposition) with a particular emphasis on the independent pharmacy markets. We continue to provide strategic marketing insights and planning as their marketing concierge partner.
Marketing Concierge - After 25 successful years in the EMS billing industry, Medicount needed a complete brand refresh (identity, proposition and marketing assets) in its effort to take the business to the next level. The BIG team guided them through the entire research, strategic and creative process from concept to launch. As Medicount’s marketing concierge partner, BIG continues to lead all marketing initiatives.
Innovation Lab – The BIG team has partnered with the FaciliBuild leadership team (part investment, part fee) to launch a new and exciting app for the construction industry – we call it the FaciliBuild HUB. The BIG team has developed an exciting new brand proposition and identity and is now busy developing the go-to-market plan and subsequent marketing assets.
Making a Difference – As a member of the Board of Directors, the BIG team took on the responsibility of marketing the 2015 and 2016 Cincinnati Flower Show. We developed the brand proposition, marketing activation plan and all subsequent marketing campaign creative elements, including the campaign theme, outdoor, radio and print advertising, social activation, and web content. We also managed the Eventbrite ticketing system and oversaw a team of volunteers who were part of the marketing committee.
